Hallo, ich hab gerade dieses Forum entdeckt und hab mich direkt mal registriert um mich hier mit euch auszutauschen. Vorweg, ich bin Manuela und 35 Jahre alt, habe eine 11-jährige Tochter und bin verheiratet.
Seit einiger Zeit hab ich immer mal wieder Herzstolpern, mal mehr mal weniger, aber alles noch im Rahmen.
Es wurde immer mehr und mittlerweile hab ich täglich von morgens bis abends ununterbrochen Herzstolpern. Das sind garantiert 30 Stolperer in der Minute ungefähr.
Ich leide zusätzlich schon seit sehr vielen Jahren an einer Angst- und Panikstörung und hab dagegen auch schon lange Citalopram geschluckt gehabt, welches ich vor ca. 6 Monaten abgesetzt hatte, nun seit 3 Tagen aber wieder nehme in der Hoffnung das es meine Herzneurose, die ich entwickelt habe etwas eindemmt.
Normalerweise mache ich Ausdauersport und das total gerne, aber zur Zeit traue ich mich nicht, aus Angst einfach umzukippen... ok, diese Angst hab ich auch so.
Ein Ruhe EKG beim Arzt zeigte auch ganz klar einige Stolperer, die ich aber nicht gemerkt habe. Die, die ich merke waren in der Zeit des EKG Schreibens nicht aufgetreten. Während ich hier grad schreibe ist es auch nur am rumpeln :-(
Die Ärzte schieben das alles auf die Psyche und sagen ich soll mir keine weiteren Sorgen machen... ich hoffe sie haben Recht, denn ich hab so Angst plötzlich an einer Herzkrankheit zu leiden und kurz vorm Herztod zu stehen.
Zusätzlich muss ich noch erwähnen, das ich viel zu wenig trinke!! Ich hatte sehr viel abgenommen (20kg) und bin nun leicht im Untergewicht gewesen... zu viel Sport getrieben!!!! Mittlerweile hab ich wieder 2kg mehr drauf und es sollen noch 4kg mehr werden. Kann das alles zusammenhängen?
Ich werde wahnsinnig... Magnesium / Kaliumtabletten hab ich schon probiert... NIX!!

ich antworte nun anonym. Bitte beunruhige Dich nicht, Du warst doch bei Ärzten und hast deren Anweisungen befolgt, oder?
Ich weiß auch nicht, ob Du die Herzstolperer schon vor der Einnahme von Citalopram gehabt hast. Wie dem auch sei. Aber Du solltest mal Deine Ärzte fragen, ob dieses Antidepressivum nicht Herzstörungen erst auslöst, je nach Dosierung.
Dieses Antidepressivum ist anscheinend das in Deutschland am häufigsten verordnete.
Beruhige Dich, wenn Du das schon so lange hast, ich meine diese Stolperer, und Du beim EKG gar nicht gemerkt hast, daß da welche waren, dann sorge Dich lieber um Dein Kind als um Dich. Laß es großwerden.

leider haben die Ärzte damit recht, ausgelöst wird es ( unter anderem ) sehr von der Psyche.
Und da bei Dir, organisch, keine "Krankheit" diagnostiziert wurde, halten es einige Mediziner nicht für sehr wichtig und stempeln die Systolen als "unangenehm aber nicht gefährlich" ab. Ich kenne das seit über 15 Jahren.
Ich nehme seit 6 Monaten ein Medikament in einer schwach bis mittleren Dosisierung - Namen nenne ich jett hier aber nicht - und die Systolen sind zu 90 % zurückgegangen. Die wenigen die ich habe, sind zudem kaum spürbar.
Also lag es "am Kopf", aber ich bin kein Mediziner und deshalb möchte ich auch das Medikament nicht nennen.
Frag doch mal Deinen Arzt danach.

Bitte nehmt Medikationen nur mit Rücksprache von Eurem behandelnden Arzt. ( wegen Nebenwirkungen etc ) - auch wenn es "freie" Medikamente sind, besser ist es.
