Could there be a better way to teach English?

Hey there,

Finding innovative extra-curricular methods can sometimes be crucial to succeed in English teaching.

I found one way to do so and would like to know what you think of it: I stumbled upon this site FlashOnes.com, which offers random-changing humorous movie clips about historical events. Choosing a clip reveals a short description of the event written in English.
I think this is a fascinating way to practice the language without putting too much effort into it.
