Ich bin der Frank Ullrich, 26 Jahre, komme aus Kleinschmalkalden in Thüringen und bin da in der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr.
Seit meinen 16. Lebensjahr interssiere ich mich für Feldküchen und habe anfangs beim Kochen geholfen. Mittlerweile koche ich selbst.
Die Feuerwehr hat eine Feldküche aus guten alten NVA Beständen...
FKÜ 180/72 Baujahr 1984
Bis vor kurzem wurde die Feldküche mit Festbrennstoff betrieben wurde jetzt aber auf Beheizung mit DK umgebaut.

erst einmal recht Herzlich Willkommen hier im Feldküchen Forum.
Schön das Du den Weg zu uns Feldküchenverrückten gefunden hast.
Ich werde Dir sicher nicht sagen brauchen dass der richtige Umgang mit einer
Gulaschkanone zur Sucht werden kann.
Wie ich aus Deiner Vorstellung entnehme, vermute ich , dass diese Sucht auch
Dich befallen hat.
