Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Black Panther first appeared in Fantastic Four #52 (July 1966). As most readers of superhero comics probably know, hes TChalla, the king of the technologically advanced African kingdom of Wakanda who fights crime on the side.
Reginald Huldin, BETs president of entertainment, currently writes the Black Panther comic series.
No other details about the animated series have been announced.
