I had the same bug once. Heh, I was very scared, because even the reloging doesnt work. Lucky me, I had Blinkwing(last !!) to Flaris uh..brr..
It's a bug place in the south of Flaris. Happened to my friend once. The description of the place was exactly like the one on the screenshot. She said she was under the clouds or something, when I came there. I saw her name...But I couldn't figure out how she got under the clouds, because it just didn't let me go through....
