I don't know which bank you work with, but I personally gave up the services of traditional banks a long time ago and started working with an alternative financial company Silverbird, whose website has all the necessary info like hsbc swift code. I think this is the most convenient option. It is also safe because it is fully controlled by the financial authorities.
