It is with a very heavy heart and deep regret, that I must inform all of
you that the 30th Anniversary Convention has been officially CANCELLED .
There were too many forces working against us, and we just Couldn't
get past them. The lack of registrations had a huge impact as well. I
will begin issuing refunds shortly. I'm also going to keep this
convention page open as well as our Gmail account, until all of the
refunds are completed and I have received confirmation from all
the registrants of this fact. For those who have booked a room at the
hotel please be sure to cancel as soon as possible, to avoid any
cancellation fees.
Also please remember that you can still participate
in the online convention taking place with the Treasure Chambers group
on September 25th.. And Caves and Candles is still out there for all of
your beauty in the beast information. Amy works tirelessly on that
page, and it is a wonderful source of information to keep updated on
the cast and crew.
