DVB mpeg stream (wintv-nova, dec-2000t etc.) -> SVCD

hallo henry,

bin inzwischen auch bei "project x" gelandet. geschnitten (werbung etc.) wir dbei mir mit mpeg2cut und geauthort mit GUI for dvdauthor. ist somit alles freeware /gnu/gpl.

funktioniert super.
