Well, It seems that all of us have the same problem-POS1060 availability

Finding (and price also) POS 1060 from minicircuits is too hard.
I had also thought that I'll find POS VCO in mobile phones...Unfortunately...

I have broken S6 and PA is PF01414A...no datasheet available...

Ill try connect it with this simply circuit because I have no POS...

Is there any chance to make its freq lower, in GSM band, changing varicap diodes or inductor?

hmm, not easy to build , but possible.

...yes, you can make L1 a "little" bit bigger for lower frequencies, perhaps with the help of a frequency counter.

I think that VCO I suggest has enough output power to drive PA...
I'll try it after hollidays...
If someone make it, please, post opinions here...

Unfortunately no datasheet for the PF01414A seems to be available nowhere, well, so i did some reverse engineering

Some presumptions of the PF01414A refer to the datasheet of the PF01411A.

I´m really optimistic that your circuit and this power module will work fine together
[Besides, please don´t try to un-solder the PF01414A from the S6 board. It breaks quickly . Better use a saw, like i did it with the QCPM-9401 of my S4 Jammer. ]
