Sorry for writing in English, hope it is ok. I use einzelmittel and take 8 tablets of each per day. If I want to use t ex ZellVita or ZellNubliron, how many per day do I have to take? 25-30 tablets of each kind per day? is it enough?

Of course you can ask and write in English. As far as it is not to complicated, I can understand and answer in my simple English ;-).
Yes it's enough to take 25 - 30 Komplexmittel. Because of their preparation they have more intense effect. THis is our practical experience, but you can take more if you like or you have a special need.

Wie bestimmt man denn die Dosierung genau?

der Bedarf bestimmt die Dosierung.
Man nimmt je nach Bedarf 15 - 30 Stk. pro Tag.
