Dear all,
we are pleased to announce that our new EP will finally be hitting shelves, both physical and digital, on January 24th 2011. After almost 9 years on Rough Trade we've now set up our own record label Pitch Beast Records as somewhat of an experiment in DIY music distribution. Pitch Beast is the term given to animals used in advertising campaigns, like that Labrador puppy who sells toilet paper. Anyway it seemed appropriate. The 6 songs were recorded at home and produced by Bernard Butler and Finn.
We'd be much obliged if you'd pre order your CD on www.theveils.com. You'll receive bonus track Iodine and Iron for your troubles which will not be on the digital release.
